Welcome to Mari Sandoz Elementary! Our school was built in 1967 and received an addition in 1999. Our school was named after Nebraskan Author, Mari Sandoz, who became well-known for writing realistic fiction about the Nebraska Plains. Today our school has roughly 350 students in preschool through 5th grade. Our school is a Title l Building and we also have a strong population of English Language Learners. Our building truly has a community atmosphere as we work with Buffett's Early Childhood Program to support families from the time their child is born until they reach school age.
